Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Massage Therapist to join our team. This is a salaried role with a competitive base salary. The ideal candidate is ready to step into a clinic where low client volume allows for deep, meaningful work with every patient.

    • Full time (Monday-Friday) -Approx. 8.30am- 4.30pm
    • No evenings or weekends (unless requested by therapist for flexible schedule) 
    • Maximum caseload of 5 x patients per day

Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform detailed assessments and develop tailored massage treatment plans
    • Deliver effective massage techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release and recovery-focused work
    • Track client progress and adjust plans accordingly
    • Educate clients on injury prevention, muscle maintenance, and post-session care
    • Collaborate closely with physical therapists and to support holistic client recovery
    • Help foster a calm, welcoming, client-focused environment

Qualifications:

    • Current licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist in Massachusetts
    • Prefer 1 year of hands-on experience in massage/therapeutic bodywork but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
    • Proficient in a variety of massage techniquesProfessional, empathetic, and client-centered
    • Eager to learn and integrate into a collaborative clinical setting
