Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist or a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist with a strong orthopedic background to join our unique practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an experienced owner in a supportive environment, where you will have the freedom to deliver exceptional care without the constraints of insurance restrictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients’ physical conditions.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect our patient-focused philosophy.
  • Utilize a range of manual therapy techniques to promote recovery and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Create a friendly and welcoming environment that fosters patient trust and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure - MA.
  • 3 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred (strong new graduates are also encouraged to apply).
  • A passion for providing exceptional patient care and achieving positive outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being a team player.
