Our Newest Physical Therapist in Natick

Joy Shine, PT graduated from UMass Lowell in 2002 with a Masters in Physical Therapy. Since 2014 she has specialized in Pelvic Floor PT.  As a pelvic floor physical therapist Joy is dedicated to helping people of all genders and ages, including pediatric and athletic populations. Her goal is to help her patients restore strength, confidence, and comfort in their bodies. She provides individualized, evidence-based care for pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, bowel and bladder dysfunction, peri partum, and postpartum recovery. Joy takes a whole-body approach that focuses on movement, education, and empowerment, helping her patients feel confident and capable in daily life, sport, work, and play.

Outside of work, Joy enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  She loves to watch her daughters play sports.  Joy maintains an active lifestyle, using exercise to support both her physical and mental well-being, an approach she brings into her work with patients.  She has run 5 marathons, competed in a Hyrox competition, and loves a walk with friends.
