Inclusive Pelvic Floor PT

Pelvic floor therapy is a specialized form of physical therapy that focuses on the muscles, ligaments, and nerves at the base of the pelvis. Often misunderstood as a "women-only" service, pelvic health is essential for everyone, regardless of gender identity or age. Our inclusive approach provides a safe, welcoming environment where every patient can reconnect with their body and restore vital functions.

While symptoms may manifest differently depending on your anatomy and life stage, the goal is the same for everyone: restoring optimal function and coordination of the muscles that support your bladder, bowel, and sexual health. By optimizing these essential systems, we work together to improve your quality of life and restore your body’s full potential.

Whether you identify as male, female, non-binary, or are navigating a gender transition, your pelvic health is a vital part of your overall well-being.
